What challenge did Loan Vision face?

Years of mortgage banking product knowledge lived largely with a handful of specialists and in notes kept in many different places. A three-person support team handled roughly 4,200 cases a year, often pulling experts off implementation projects, and the depth of the product made it a lot for employees and customers to learn.

Why did Loan Vision choose Volt Technologies?

Loan Vision wanted a partner fluent in both Business Central and AI. Volt came in with both an AI perspective and Business Central expertise, and positioned the work as building a new product rather than just implementing a system.

LV Luna is a production AI agent Volt designed and shipped in a little over four months. It is embedded natively inside Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and also available in Teams, and it answers complex, mortgage-specific product questions in about a minute.

How did Volt build LV Luna?

Volt built a documentation agent using GitHub Copilot to turn Loan Vision's product knowledge into a structured library equivalent to roughly 10,000 pages, served it to the agent through a custom Azure Function, and built an in-product chat experience connected to Copilot Studio through the Microsoft Agent 365 SDK. Volt also delivered two intelligence tiers, an adoption dashboard on Azure Application Insights and Container Apps, and a self-service deployment wizard.

What results has Loan Vision seen?

Support team members became experts across every topic, sales reps answer client questions live on the phone, and new hires ramp up with an always-available expert. In a two-week beta with early adopter mortgage banks, customer feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and Loan Vision became one of the first Business Central ISVs to ship a production AI agent inside its own product.

What comes next for Loan Vision and Volt?

Volt and Loan Vision are building LV Luna 2, which extends the agent from answering questions to taking action, working directly and securely inside each customer's own Business Central tenant, with the goal of a more proactive agent.
